The PyLARIFY Director of Sales Force Effectiveness engages with internal stakeholders to include Sales, Marketing, Training, Customer Excellence/Supply/Logistics, IT and Commercial Operations to develop and implement successful programs and optimize best practices for the sales team that meet business needs, support brand strategies and positively impact sales results. Reports to the Head of Sales, PyLARIFY.

Essential Capabilities/Competencies

  • High focus on integrity of data(both imaging centers and referring physicians), targeting, reporting, analysis and insight generation; deliver internal business tools in collaboration with stakeholders particularly the Director of It Supporting Commercial Excellence and Commercial Ops
  • Develop call metrics to include sales activities, call and message targeting and frequency, use of professional promotional programs, rep triggered programs, and additional metrics that optimize sales force effectiveness and achievement against plan; Oversee construct of salesforce to collect and measure metrics
  • Deep collaboration and alignment with training initiatives and skill development in excellence of messaging, account management and business acumen (e.g., BI Reporting); support training initiatives through partnership with the Director of Training and Marketing to ensure programs are timely, relevant and promote sales team competence and effectiveness
  • Work with National Accounts Directors on process to execute national strategy and call plan for national accounts (e.g., use of tasks in salesforce)
  • Routinely identify, document, and share team best practices
  • Align with the RSD and Customer Excellence to optimize the dose orders of each PMF productions of PYLARIFY
  • Support the business with development and implementation of ad-hoc reporting
  • Cultivate a compliant, effective collaboration among customer facing teams
  • Actively participate in the brand planning process
  • Develop methods to track and report insights on competitive penetration and trends
  • Stay abreast of existing & emerging sales, marketing, and industry trends, relevant clinical, technical, and business developments, and governmental issues associated with current and new products to create opportunities to demonstrate the unique value of our corporate offerings
  • Ride with PYLAM’s to observe and align best practices
  • Participate in the interviewing process of new hire commercial candidates

  • Ensure a compliant, principled culture to promote Lantheus Holdings products and adhere to the highest ethical standards
  • Additional projects and initiatives as needed.

Minimum Skills, Experience and Education

  • 8+ years of demonstrated successful front-line sales, mandatory sales leadership, and internal support position(s) (e.g., Marketing, Sales Training, Commercial Analytics) experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or equivalent industries with increasing responsibility
  • Advanced in the use computer software applications and video conferencing platforms, to include MS Teams, Office (Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop effective strategies, and quickly implement solutions
  • Strong collaboration, oral and written communications skills with ability to present information in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a timely manner, effective management skills in environment of ambiguity
  • Effective collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders; the ability to work at peer-level with experienced technical and commercial experts
  • Minimum requirements include BA or BS in an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Works within Ethics and Compliance policies
  • Works to ensure a diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment

Preferred

  • MBA or equivalent
  • Product experience in complex selling environment

Other Requirements

  • Requires overnight and, at times, weekend travel based on business need
  • Must have valid driver’s license, qualified vehicle, and proper motor vehicle insurance
  • Must acquire and maintain facility credentialing for access to medical facilities within assigned territory (including annual flu shot and all other vaccines required by medical facilities within assigned territory)
